Custom Robotics for Complex Challenges
Maintaining HVAC systems, especially those with complex ductwork, requires more than a one-size-fits-all solution. Our custom robotic crawler, designed with adaptability in mind, can remotely clean both rectangular and circular ducts that are typically hard to access. It handles a wide range of duct sizes, from 200 to 350 millimeters (8 to 14 inches) in diameter and up to 30 meters (100 feet) in length, using proprietary software and an Xbox controller for precise control and validation. Onboard inspection cameras enable smooth navigation and post-cleaning validation to ensure that cleanliness standards are met.

Innovative Cleaning with Dry Ice Blasting
One of the key features of this VersaTrax™ OnSpec custom solution is the integration of dry ice blasting technology. Initially developed by the U.S. Air Force for delicate surface cleaning, this method is ideal for environments where traditional cleaning processes might cause damage.
